Yeah it's not, it's more of a condition and when left untreated or overly treated it can cause problems like depression and anxiety
It's not inherently a disorder
I don't think sensory input problems or autistic meltdowns are a 'made up problem' though and from what I understand, every autistic person and every person who was diagnosed with aspergers has those to a varying degree, obviously not to the degree that low functioning autists have
