On average, as if you pick a random human, it doesn't.
But it's probable that the whole humanity does.
I mean, it's not really probable to find Osmium, tantalum, or beryllium everywhere in the world, so there's little chance you got one atom. But people working with those elements or living by their ores pretty much do.

Maybe I'm just retarded but it seems likely that anything with a half-life of 100+ years would probably end up in people pretty often.
We know everyone on earth scored a little Caesium back when above ground nuclear tests where common and despite decaying to Caesium-123 it stands to reason it would still be in the food chain.
