Just an update to the anon who recommended Niacin and NAC.
It's been a few months now and all the symptons have gone entirely, the voices were creeping back but only at times where I was doing intensive physicaly exercise. But also I was seeing meanings and connecting things which just weren't there, and thats gone entirely also.

Thankyou so much, I had a really doomer outlook before because applarently theres an 80% chance of replace within 25 years of coming off medication. But now I feel as long as I keep up these vitamins things are going to be ok.

infinity *isn't* real, per se. you just have functions which produce finite approximations.
a real number isn't an infinite series of decimals (e.g. 3.141592...); it's a function which can produce *as many decimals as you want* (e.g. please give me 2 digits after the decimal point: okay, 3.14. please give me 5 digits after the decimal point: okay, 3.14159). It's not infinite because you can ask for infinite decimals, it's infinite because you can ask for any unlimited, but *finite* number of decimals.
a conatural number is just a number which you can ask for precision, too. "are you zero or 1+ a conatural"? a conatural number n will answer 1+ n times and then answer zero. "infinity" is just a number which will always answer 1+ and never answer zero. it's not infinite because you can ask it for 1+ forever, it's infinite because you can ask it any unlimited, but *finite* number of times if it is 1+.
