28 rabbits and 44 chickens, easy once you realize 100 feet for 25 rabbits and 100 feet for 50 chickens gives you 75 heads for 200 feet, you need to add more rabbits and subtract 2 chickens for each one to lower the heads:feet ratio

If all chickens, then 144 feet
200 - 144 = 56
Hence 28 rabbits, 44 chickens, since replacing a chicken with a rabbit adds two feet

Etc.

72 = c0+c1+c2+r0+r1+r2+r3+r4
200 = c1+2c2+r1+2r2+3r3+4r4

There are more variables than equations so the problem is underspecified. QED.
