I got prostatitis because I hurt myself while riding a bike bro, get yourself checked by your doctor or go straight to the urologist which is far better but costs much more to get the right prescription, to resolve the problem to me I have to take some anti inflammatory drugs every three months for two weeks because I didn’t discover and didn’t report the problem soon enough (a year passed since I developed the symptoms) and now is chronic but yeah, I can relieve stress wanking and running and I can’t drink coffee or eat spiced food and cheeses since they inflame the prostate but it’s live able. Most men probably just do the normal extra clenches after the flow stops and then give it a shake.
Trust me they are still dripping a little out afterwards.
I've found that pushing on my taint can get a little more out (this is probably what causes your issue when sitting down).
I also jelq what's left in the shaft out and dab it with tp.
