>>14159147If you were able to stay out of the water you'd have very good chances of surviving until help arrived (it was only a few hours after the titanic sank iirc). Unfortunately, there wasn't really anywhere to go except a lifeboat or maybe the iceberg, which would be very difficult to climb without some ice picks or other equipment, and would require being submerged in water first.
Even if you're submerged in that water and then get out, you'd probably still die of hypothermia. Cold water is deadly.
