the concept that a random midwit can design a test which accurately evaluates higher intellects is fundamentally at odds with the idea that a higher intellect is inscrutable to a lesser intelligence.
you have to ignore the concept of intelligence to believe that intelligence can be quantified.
the reality is that it is only possible to assess degrees of lesser intelligence, higher minded people will always be inscrutable.
