If you work it out from a calculation of the work day first - 8 hour shift, we'll stick with their estimates of an hour and a half off for breaks, that's 32.5 hours per work five-day work week that you're actually working, which would be about 71 days per year. Now, you can start subtracting shit from that.
2 days for sick leave, 5 holidays, 14 days vacation, still leaves you working 50 days a year. Which makes a day off a mere 2% deviation in your annual workload.
