So Sci Bros, is this the cure for depression? If exercise + diet doesn't work, and pills don't work, how do you cure it?

Whats the cure for ADHD, Depression, and Axniety anon? Adderal?

earth is imperfect and there are things about life on earth that are unpleasant and make you sad. you were never promised a life free of unhappiness and anxiety so i don't see why you feel entitled to a life like that. if you are good then you will reach paradise eventually, but not without out first suffering to get there.

30min before or after food
600mg Saint john worts
500mg of DLPA
Avoid caffeine to avoid serotonin overdose

Switch to 1200mg sjw and 1000mg dlpa, stay on it for 6 weeks stop for 1 week then on again for 6 weeks

I was on concerta for a year but now i feel confident enough to try to go through a year sober, so far im doing good, drinking coffee only before i need to do something that i know will make me feel bad.. Im still collecting enough courage to do cold showers in the morning but i am aware that - if i dont master cold showers i will fail and go back to stimulants eventually
