I don't know, but they were just as much as the zinc pills and contained the same amount of zinc so I bought those instead. Now I shoot fat loads. Although what improved my cooms the most was exercising.

Vitamins are intermediate metabolic products that you can't synthesize for yourselfe, but need to build up your cells, proteins.
Not eating them will cause a shitstorm of problems. Eating enough will just make you function properly. Eating too much can cause various but usually mostly minor problems.
