Anyone else notice elevated heart rate after covid? It’s not significant enough to notice when I’m moving around but if I drink alcohol I notice my heart rate increase.

Been drinking v8. Seems to increase mainly after a large meal. Maybe it’s gluten causing an allergic reaction . I was reading people allergic to gluten can experience it. I’ll just eat meat and vegetables tomorrow and see what happens
