I just found out my mom smoked weed while she was pregnant of me. How does weed affect the brain development of a fetus?

My mom recently told me she smoked cigs whilst pregnant with me. Apparently, her OB told her that quitting would be too stressful of a shock to her body and just to cut back to 1-2 cigs a day. (USA, in the 90's btw). Unbelievable.

I got adhd, literally my dopamine pathways process dopamine to fast for my brain to absorb which is why I was sad for the longest time and found everything boring, I found out my mom gave my tequila as a baby for a few weeks and that caused this.
