~200 solar masses according to this CNET article. not a whole lot based on its actual dimensions. what might help you understand nebula and molecular clouds is that they’re just like clouds on earth. they look cool far away but when you’re inside them there’s not a lot going on

molecular clouds aren’t typically from exploded stars.
