>>14155118Here's a paradox.
How can I expect you to trust my statement that "you need serious help" when this entire interaction could be product of your own schizophrenic delusion?
I'm not going to help you.
I cannot realistically do so.
If you have anybody in your life that you do trust, or maybe somebody you simply trust "more" than others who you can affirm has no mental health issues of their own, you ought to ask them if your thinking is clear and if you should maybe see a therapist.
I think interacting more with others would help level you out.
I suspect this might be difficult for you, because the state of your mental health is likely uncomfortable for people, but maybe try listening to others.
You dont have resolve their issues.
You don't have to teach them the way you perceive the world.
You might even consider it a kindness to them, listening to them.
All people need someone to listen to.
Try not to dominate the conversation or reveal any weird aberrant thoughts.
Just listen to them, and maybe whatever's off in your brain, might get pushed back in place.
Or maybe just the disparity between how you see the world, and how somebody else sees the world will help clarify the type of help you need.
Just my advice. I'm not a psychologist or anything.
I just think mentally ill people need to interact more with normies to help balance them out.
