How can I pursue the following things:
1. Drawing
2. Miniature Painting
3. Writing
In an ecologically sustainable way? By that I mean I want to have minimal carbon emissions and pollution from my activates. In this way I will minimize my ecological footprint.
Of these, writing is actually the easiest: a computer (which in Western society is a necessity anyway) is all I need.
Drawing is harder. Paper production has chemical waste, as does ink/pencil/colors production. The alternative is digital, but that carries pollution in form of production, power, plastics, etc. Not to mention it's a pricey option. In both cases, carbon emissions are an issue, but I suppose digital remains the greener option.
As for miniature painting, I don't see how to make this ecologically friendly. Everything from paints, to transport of the goods, to the plastics themselves is polluting and produces carbon. That sucks because I really want to do this. Is there a way to make this sustainable? If so please tell me, it would be awesome.
