I have random bouts of sharp, pulsating, electrical-feeling pain in those two spots marked with red at the same time. It increases and decreases perfectly in sync in those two places. Do I have a nerve pinched or inflamed somewhere?

Sounds like sciatica and tendinitis.

Sounds like sciatica in waist and possibly Ulnar Nerve Transposition at elbow but it could also be a tendonitis.
If you start to loose sensation in half your body and become incontinent please go to the doctors.

The nerves in those two areas originate in different areas of the spine, so are not related in that way. Both could be poor posture and sitting positions like another anon mentioned.

Perform stretching exercises for the hips and lumbar region, as well as the legs, and massage the lumbar area around the sciatic nerve.
