If someone starts a double degree (STEM) at age 10, and completes it at age 15:
1. Do we assume their minimum mental age is 18(10) and 23(15)?
2. What is the formula to convert mental age to IQ?

I'm not sure if modern education is a good measure for "mental age", however you define that. It's not like college graduates are mature these days and education standards used to be much higher (pic related)

I think mental age is (m/c)100=iq where c is chronological and m mental age respectively. Of course it's a very arbitrary measurement and falls apart in fringe cases and approaching adulthood.

Not necessarily, or else a typical kid with 140 iq would be in highschool at age 10, which might be intellectually appropriate but would be insane from a social perspective. I could go on further to be more comprehensive but this is a stupid thread. IQ is meme popsci
