Looks like we've reached a plateau in technology.

We already have instant communication (phones and mail) and the ability to store and watch images and video (computers and internet) of maximized quality for human eyes (you can't do better than 1080p).

I reckon jet packs are the only next big thing after self driving cars.

But then what next ? We've already done everything predicted in science fiction litterature. Everything else like warp drives is impossible due to the laws of physics.

You will die around teh same technology as now, except marginally more efficient.
