(there's actually another conundrum appearing in the uk data at the moment which is that if you go to hospital or go to hospital and die you are much more likely to die if vaccinated (which is obviously true simply based upon denominator risk and has no bearing on actual effectiveness of the vaccine) BUT those people in icu are disproportionately unvaccinated)
