How can there be an infinite multiverse? Wouldn't there be a universe with evil goku in it whom would just kill everybody instantly? What about the laws of cause and effect? How can different "possibilities" exist when there's always a reason certain things occur?

This doesn't make any fucking sense. What is the actual argument for this?
