Why is this op.amp sim so fucked? There's no gain, vin is irrelevant and I can't figure out why

It's just a inverting op amp like pic rel but doesn't work the same way

The DC output should be -2.5V, so something is fucked. Are your power supplies connected to the right pins on the op amp?

You've saturated the Op Amp.
The less it would mark in that configuration is 0V. The 13.5V is due to inner circuitry
