Is it possible or common for two people to swap organs, such as heart or liver in a transplant? In other words, are viabilities for accepting a foreign organ symetrical between donar and receiver? Say for example for a healthy person to take on an unhealthy person's liver so that they share the burden of health issues, assuming the unhealthy person has multiple other damaged organs.
