that was centuries ago, but it still holds true today that devoting your life to making grandiose unconfirmed claims of superior secretive knowledge and intelligence is a bad way to be popular. if you want to be popular, don't commit to a lifetime of telling everyone around that they're dumb, thats bad way to make friends. why science experts can't figure that out is a topic with investigating.
