I was unable to exercise from 15-18 did that impact my height at all. I had plenty to eat though

Probably made you taller. Exercise promotes testosterone production, and higher levels of testosterone close your growth plates earlier. It's why most people in the know tell teenagers who lift to stay away from roids until they're at least 25.

Lower in general would be fat storage in typically more feminine places (love handles, and chest), wider hip bones, more narrow jaw, more narrow shoulders, etc. Realistically unless these things are present, and very pronounced as well as a shit diet, with no basic physical activity (being fat), it's unlikely you're in a shitty position.

That is because of estrogen not testosterone. If you have a lot of T some of it gets converted to E but that depends on how much your body converts and your growth plates.

1. Most all pro- bodybuilders start roids at around 12-15.
2. Both Arnold's parents were shorter than him.
3. GH and IGF affects growth height and plate solidification, not testosterone or roids.

Sigh. Most pros don't start that early. The famous ones are also top of the genetic end. Not aberrations like Arnold, but still cream of the crop. By around 16 on average those plates are closed, and estrogen plays a heavy roll in that which you body converts excess testosterone to (mentioned up the thread). This is what roids can trigger if not handled properly.

That's actually an interesting point lol. Yeah, I guess phytoestrogens, and xenoestorgens do have that potential. There's some evidence they effect your thyroid, too.

Quick if your still young enough, take 8g of L arginine a night before bed for 6 weeks on 4 weeks off, you're body will release hgh as a result and you'll grow, then upon morning take 10g of L glutamine, remember 6 weeks on and 4 weeks off.
If your still 21 you should grow, just watch out for nausea, if you get nausea stop for a day or two and start up again
