Is it just me or every college/university is like that?

since the system grade you by "evidences" or just the amount of homework you made on the semester rather than the knowledge you gain then why I shouldn't cheat if the objective is just to send stupid papers rather than learning stuff? retard

you can cheat on every test to be honest, as long as you have a phone with you is quite easy also my teachers always put the same tests from previous semesters so everyone has the same answers, they just fail the new/young ones

in my case three times and you pass no matter what, if you've done a bad job doesn't matter, the teacher doesn't wanna get into problems on failing students for no reason but also he want to make his class to look hard even though is not that hard if you know the basis

I did my own schedule first but when they made it official a lot of stuff changed and sometime I get 2 classes at the time.

Most teachers become like this after a while. Try going through the same material over and over again for years and you'll become the same way. Many profs doesnt even want to teach, they just want to research.

i've never been overwhelmed by homework but i have ended up finishing projects on my own

Many people do not start studying straight after HS. This is not uncommon.

lol yeah this is pretty common. I think its related to them being tired of students not following instructions properly because they think they're super special snowflakes and that there's no need for them to follow standards.
