Ritalin works well for me but I am currently on 70mg vyvanse for luvox/brexpiprazole induced fatigue, restlessness and ADHD. Ritalin is more calming and feels more recreational to me but has a shorter duration, it definitely enhances cognition.

I used it for 3 years straight but I fear for the side effects. I did not notice any noticeable effects on mood after stopping.

I am 23, male and very physically active, so my heart can handle it now, but I have fears about my old age.

My sober resting heart rate is around 55. On ritalin it rarely goes below 75. Even though 75 is still on the normal scale for regular people, it is a SIGNIFICANT increase for me, so I don't think its something I will use heavily.

Did you notice any effects after coming off your first time? Thanks for posting this thread and I'd love to hear your advice
