The governments don't care about the world lol. The world doesn't care about genocide, climate change or health. We have the capacity to make a utopia, but humans are too antagonistic. Everyone is too individualistic.
History is sick and full of unavoidable cruelty. Violence leads to peace, and peace leads to violence. Maybe this is what we need, again. Except this will be on a scale to put everything before it to shame... We could avoid these things, but we choose not to, purely because the world is against itself - nobody is together.
