>>14126656We'll have a large increase in the number of robotic probes as access to space gets less expensive. Some of those will go to the outer solar system. These types of things tend to improve rapidly once they fall below a certain cost threshold. Not sure about humans. Certainly they'll end up on at least Mars and it wouldn't surprise me if a moon like Europa saw a human visitor at some point but I'm not sure about satellites of Neptune or Uranus.
