That's exactly the point, there isn't enough to justify shutting down an IVF clinic unless something is happening to the pregnancies. We don't have any data for post birth yet.
One of the articles in the OP claims without too much evidence that IVF clinics in Utah are seeing higher rates of miscarriage, but then it's unclear why we wouldn't see a similar 50% increase in miscarriages in the general population conceiving naturally.

It's because IVF is an elective surgery, and Victoria have paused all elective surgerywhile they go through the peak of their omicron wave to maximise hospital and ICU capacity. It shows a lack of faith in their health system and a brutal overreaction that destroys the lives of people who need the surgery/procedures like the OP woman. More speed bumps on the covid road getting squashed.
