I have it, didn't know it was a thing though and just assumed that's how vision works

I think everyone has it and both some people have it more obvious than others and some people notice it better than others

I have it but I have to unfocus my eyes for it to really be apparent, my brain just filters it out otherwise

Unrelated to it I do get spontaneously appearing dots, like an after image appearing in one eye or the other out of nowhere and disappearing after a few seconds. No idea what causes that.
