I would argue that there is a world of objective value and moral value, for the former intelligence is the optimal solution and for the moral it is "the good". In life both often times need to be combined to live a truly happy life, for one being in congruency with your conscience and being able to earn money and women and making a difference by being able through intelligence in a modern complex society which rewards and prioritizes such.
Speaking from a blank slate, world building perspective, I would increasingly side with theodore tadsinskys perspective, as increasingly there is a connection loss between people through technology causing mass depression and grief. the prioritization and domination of technology fueled the prioritization of intellect in ways of making income and being "popular" as the makers are rewarded disproportionately and the comsumers, if unintelligent, are trapped en masse in engineered mousetraps scrolling all day, the leg humping dog comes to mind, unintelligent people are trapped on purpose and cant escape their trapping as they do not have the oversight and are by defintion not thinking / investigative people.
Case in point: unintellgent people are losing, independent of moral inclination, or even worse, the more intelligent and malignant are winning, increasingly, as society is becoming radically complex -> rewarding intelligence by selection -> making a majority of unintellgent but "nice" people unhappy and cynical.
