In google sheets, how can I smooth data without a time delay? Here the red is 1 week average of the blue but it lags behind

To clarify, I don't just want to smooth the graph (I could use smooth lines for that), I want to smooth my data

I did extrapolating for future data and used that future data in my average in a way that makes "today" the mid point. So it is not skewed towards past

Seems to be working, although I am sure there are easier & better ways for this
