Say I want to predict the behavior or focus of a person called A, though I have never interacted with and know nothing of him. If I want to intersect with A at his goal, how would I do it?

I'll say an intermediary between us has told me that A has a specific target, and has tasked me with figuring out where A will be, expecting me to figure out A's patterns based on 8 other locations he's been.
