I think DSM5 says that if you are very sad for 15 days following the death of a loved one, it means you have a psychiatric disease. If you're sad for 14 days that's ok, but if you're sad for 15 days then you have a disease and you need to take meds now schizo.

Tranny are there, to have sex reassignement surgery you need to be diagnosed woth sexual dysphoria which is a mental illness that makes people threaten 'suicide' if they arent allowed to transtition or they are reminded in any way they are not the sex they FEEL they need to be.
