Was his last show for kids? Communicating science to adults is cringe, most people don't give a fuck or lack the critical thinking or curiosity to truly engage with the subject if it's not their field of work or an active part of their lives. Just look at all of the retards who have an opinion on COVID or medicine despite having 0 knowledge and just parroting opinions from their favorite news sites. I'm convinced that at least 99% of /sci/ /(/pol/ 2.0) couldn't do better than 70% on an undergrad Calc II exam.
They would then huddle together and find some way to convince themselves that they're still high-IQ geniuses, probably straining out "ambiguities" in question wording or sour-grapes chest-thumping about how being a problem cruncher isn't real math.

Many of us have already graduated and Calc II is years in our past so you might be correct because I'd need time to refresh some of the details I've forgotten before taking a test. That said, probably wouldn't take very long to get back up to speed.
