I am one year out of HS what are the practical reasons to learn Math I think I stopped at precalc/stats...

Is Khan academy a good resource also...

Kahn Academy goes up to an introduction to multivariate calculus last I checked so it will be a good resource for you. It might be better to get some math books and read them cover to cover, doing every problem.

If calc is what you're after, then any generic calc textbook will do. You can look up the calculus curriculum from your local universities for some recommendations.

What is the value in learning calculus? I am trying to get into IT is there anything worthwhile learning calc will get me... I was hoping if I learned higher level maths it would give me a new perspective on problem solving.

Calculus is the minimum prereq knowledge for most STEM fields. If you just wanted to solve autistic math competition problems then you don't need it, but you won't need either to be an IT pajeet.

calculus is used in pretty much all of the sciences and even in finance and business.
