Without the physical limitations our problem solving capabilities would increase maximally from within cyberspace and from there, better than from anywhere else, we might pursue a proper exploration of the material world outside, through cybernetics. The potential for life extension by time dilation as well as digital perpetual presence alone is more than sufficient grounds to strongly incline towards a substantial species migration not to outer space but into cyberspace. SETI is looking in the wrong place.
