for pain relief, paracetamol/acetaminophen compares favorably to the others and is not in the NSAID class, thereby having fewer dangers. it also shouldn't interfere with an immune response when you're max-vaxxing with 200 boosters.

Aspirin for men, ibuprofen for women.
For a fever paracetamol is better, but for suspected covid infection or short term vaccine related nuisances NSAIDs are better.

I think paracetamol is pretty good
But I also use Tylenol sometimes too
But when things get real bad, I use acetaminophen

Paracetamol if you want less adverse effects, aspirin if you want a stronger and faster drug action.

I'd reccomend strongly against either ibuprofen or aspirin if use it for flu since ibuprofen will interfere with immune system and antibody production and aspirin will decrease prostaglandins which will increase hcl concentration thus likely supressing your ability to eat which is vital to recover faster.

Only if you stay within recommended doses.
Even small overdoses can be very harmful, bad enough to cause organ damages.
Paracetamol breaks down into NAPQI, which is extremely poisonous.
Your body neutralizes it with glutathione (GSH). Everything is ok as long as you don't run out of GSH. But overdosing paracetamol, even just a little, will do just that.

they're all immunsupressant so unless you have 40C+ fever or absolute killer aches, neither. only wait anti inflammatory drugs when ill if inflammation is a serious issue. lowering low-mid fever is absolutely retarded and will only make it take longer for your body to heal.

I know NSAIDs are rough on kidneys, but countless people OD on paracetamol every year. What is so much more dangerous about NSAIDs?

if you want the same effect as ibuprofen, but longer lasting, get naproxen
