>Infected with (probably) alpha covid in February 2020 while traveling for work
>Competitive athlete (won't reveal activity but I am in the top ~5% nationally, but probably only top 15-20% internationally).
>Very healthy, aside from corrective lenses/ugly teeth I'm pretty lucky genetically
>B.S Chemical Engineering, M.S other specialization
>Work in a fortune 500 company doing specialized tech work for a lot of biotech companies involved in the vaccine/covid space
>Worked in the labs designing/producing these vaccines throughout the entire pandemic (except for March 2020 when everyone was locked down)
>Have most other required vaccines, including some optional ones for travel (africa and SEA recommended) and even Gardasil ffs
>Can't find a single doctor to fill out a form for a medical exemption
>Only people to speak to in the company regarding this are boomer HR reps or bean counter middle management
>Hands are tied, it's the lawyers
Is my risk assessment retarded? The risk of getting myocarditis a second time increases with every additional shot I take, so why risk it? My chances of being hospitalized with covid are astronomically small with no comorbidities. Acute vs chronic/severe myocarditis have vastly different mortality profiles. Why is there no guidance for medical exemptions aside from contraindications?
