When looking for vaccine deaths (covid vaccine, of course) I found no direct results. Only things "might be, but the board of doctors says highly unlikely".

Given the fact there's been hundreds of millions of vaccinated people, why aren't there any documented deaths attributed to the vaccine? It should be impossible that there are literally no covid vax deaths at all.
