It’s a both a moral decision and risk evaluation, both highly subjective.
There’s no absolute;
If you’re cheating on an exam that affects the grading curve for your classmates, you’re being an ashole.
If you’re cheating on a standardized, but unfairly weighted exam, you’re being brave.
Those may not be the best examples.
More often than not, you shouldn’t cheat;
but there may be rare cases where thinking outside the box produces more just consequences for you and those around you.
