The question is, do you think Youtube does this to stop liars from spreading whatever bullshit they want everywhere, or do you believe things to conspire against the populace to hide some greater truth from you? If you believe the latter, it's very easy for your thinking to snowball because everything you don't have any understanding for can be easily scrutinized by conspiracy. In other words, if you for example don't believe in vaccines, it's very easy to start believeing in flat earth too.
In the end, only you can choose who to believe and trust, because you will never reach a conclusion without being persuaded by someone else first, even if they are completely lying through their teeth.
