In all seriousness, there is a risk of getting mild reactions to the vax (fever, weak arm, headaches) for a couple days of about 20-60% or extremely rarely it can happen that you have allergic reactions (mostly to the material of the syringe) or you get a swollen face (about 0.01%)

Cardiac Deaths are actually the most common death cause for athletes, about 1 in 50000 athletes die because of it every year. Assuming that 90% of the athletes are vaxxed it could be a common correlation.

It's incredible considering what's reported about hospitals each day on the News.
