there is this dude on TikTok who is a physiotherapist or something like that that claims that "good posture" is basically a meme we force on ourselves, that trying to maintain "good posture" causes back pain more than "bad", comfortable posture and that thinking that posture can reshape your spine (scholiosis, "nerd neck" etc) is absurd
