I'm launching a bioinformatics outsourcing company after I graduate in which I'll hire a bunch of cheap people to do things for bioinformatics based research groups and companies. I need experience on a variety of things that people will want to outsource to me. I'm not sure which topics I need to cover.
How should I get that practice? I do a few things in my thesis already like data cleaning in R, differential expression analysis and stuff.

The issue is that YouTube and the internet in general doesn't have many tutorials on anything. The tutorials that already exist on the things I did in my thesis took me weeks to get through because it's all poorly documented.

Does anyone have any knowledge of the topics that might be important to know for this task and how I can practice?
