There is no site that I know of that will do what you want. You have to go through the books and do the exercises.

that's some of what i used for a-level . for gcse, i just grinded https://senecalearning.com/en-GB/ and worked through past papers. I got a 9 at gcse and an A at a level, would have been an A* but due to covid- they were taking a few exams i had done the year prior when i was depressed into consideration when i got some really bad results for a month or two.

also, you say with no issue. When learning physics at gcse and a-level, i never found it hard to get my head around a concept, i just had to memorise the information that was given in the textbooks and apply it.

Well I do have trouble understanding the entire topic of waves as a whole. No matter how much hours I spending studying it, I can't understand.
Can you help explain what at waves, sounds, light and spectra is?

are you at gcse or a-level? It's been like 9 months since i looked at this stuff so my memory isn't the best. If you've read through the official curriculum textbooks properly, and then tried to find some help on youtube or some shit like that to make it click, and still don't get it, there's nothing that i can say which will make it click (especially through the medium of a reply on this simple image-based bulletin board).
