One correction per the assignment: to truly have 4 Hz, must substitute

thank you. I'm actually from /diy/ trying to make some 3D printed jewelry for my niece and was having a hell of a time making that shape. Figured it was also time to learn parametric equations

haha it's okay. sorry to bait a response but otherwise it just comes off like some kid trying to get people to do his homework. My 3D modeling software can't resolve it as 2*pi for some reason so I just have to do half and mirror it.

Try to do the substitution I indicated and then range the parameter from t = 0 to t = 1, i.e. from your latest plot
