Yeah, what makes you say there aren't? x is the nth root of y <=> y = x ^ n , by the definition of "root". It's trivial to construct any number of these for 1 on the complex plane.

There are an infinite number of (integer) roots of unity, but that is the ?0 infinity. The number of points on the complex plane is a greater infinite; it's certainly uncountable. But it may be higher than even the real numbers
