That injury is not survivable. The haemorrhage alone will empty his blood volume to that hole within 2 minutes. There is too much space to fill, too many large arteries destroyed. A massive transfusion protocol would not be able to keep up, he would literally not be able to have blood pumped into him fast enough. You couldn't even do it with bilateral ij vacaths, two femoral lines and 2 large bore cannula in each arm.
While intubation will secure airway and breathing, the catastrophic damage to C is just too much - that guy is dead
