In what way? If you mean in terms of culture and technologically, that was already happening pre-Columbus.
If you mean genetically, then almost definitely not. The evolution of Whiteness was a combination of random and environmental factors, which we have no reason to believe would be replicated in the New World.

There was literally no weapons production in the old world, it takes 30-50 years to start

No nation would finance Indians to stop Europians from taking over the America's.

The financing Indians would receive wouldn't include gun production

The Indians would not have the manpower to both run mines and field armies even in coalitions.
